• Test and Timer Progress: Your practice answers, scores, SSB test timers, and cookie choices. This information is saved directly on your own device in your browser.
• Messages You Send Us: When you send us an email at cdscommandcenter@gmail.com, we receive your email address and message so we can help you.
• Standard Web Logs: Basic technical details (like browser type and visit time) to keep the website secure and prevent spam.

We only use your information for clear, honest reasons:

• With Your Permission: When you choose cookie options, practice tests, or contact us.
• To Run Our Platform: To show real exam timers, check test scores, keep the site safe, and answer your questions.

• Right to Access & Download Your Data (Section 11): You can download a complete copy of all your profile information, mock test results, and saved bookmarks anytime from your Dashboard > Settings > Download Your Personal Data.
• Right to Delete (Section 12): You can permanently delete your account, test history, and all stored data with 1-click from your Dashboard > Settings > Delete Account.
• Right to Withdraw Permission: You can clear your browser storage, sign out, or change cookie preferences at any time.
• Right to Complain: You can reach out to our Grievance Officer if you have any questions or concerns.

We use cookies and browser storage to make the website work smoothly:

• Essential Storage: Needed to run live test timers, save practice attempts, and remember your cookie settings.
• Your Choice: You can choose Accept All, Only Essential, or Decline anytime from our cookie banner.

Many candidates preparing for defence exams (like NDA or 10+2 entries) are young students. We do not track user behavior across the web and we never run targeted advertisements.

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to marketing companies or third parties. We only use secure cloud hosting providers to run the website.

We use secure HTTPS connections and strong data protection rules. We only keep information for as long as needed to provide our services.
